Nothing like having fresh grapefruit and oranges picked right off the trees in the backyard for breakfast. We have tried our skills at the Chamberlain Pottery shop which is very interesting on how the pottery is created. The colors are so beautiful and rich as the pottery goes through the entire process. We celebrated Thanksgiving with a meal that Jo prepared and topped it off with the best pumpkin pie, just like Grandma used to make. We helped bring hay in for the horses as winter is here and the grass is slow in growing. Have been helping at the acreage with the remodeling of the cottage there. Vaughn has been doing some pest control with the trapping of gophers to keep them at bay. A highlight has been the car show held weekly at Spring Hill. Many folks bring their cars to the show for others to see. Tom and Denise took their Austin Healey while Vaughn and Jo drove their black Triumph. We are enjoying Florida and spending time with our friends.
