While staying in the Valley, we visited friends, Keith and Bernie at their home in
Pharr. We celebrated Easter with their Pastor and his wife. Always fun to gather around the table for a friendly game of Joker. Helped with some yard work of fence staining, palm tree frond trimming, and cutting back the Bougainvillea bushes in the back yard. Their daughter, Kathy, has two poodles, Sadie and Reggie. They enjoy being in the back yard chasing each other. In
McAllen, we spent a day with Vaughn's cousin,
Eldean and Audrey.
Eldean recently had a hole in one on their park course and was honored with a traveling trophy that was placed in their front yard for his accomplishment. Audrey has many beautiful roses and flowers around their home. It is always great to get together with family and friends as we travel.
