Had the opportunity to visit with relatives from Iowa at International Falls, MN for a weekend. A fun time was had by all to visit and catch up on happenings back home. Found a guide service at Rainy Lake that seems to have a "fairly" good reputation. We were camped across the lake in Ft. Frances, Ontario and could view the campground from the USA side. Enjoyed an evening meal on the deck of Island View Resort. Thought we would end the weekend at the welcome sign leaving our friends behind.

Thanks for sharing some time with us. It was great seeing you. It is obvious that you are having a wonderful time ... no ifs, ands or "butts" about it :-)
We enjoyed the trip up to International Falls 410 miles "as the crow flies"(that's the last one!!!) It was especially nice to have my nephew drive, now I know why I'm a monkeys uncle ;-)
