Left the Shelby, Montana area with smoke from the fires in Glacier National Park and
Marias Pass as you can see from the haze in the sunset. Traveling through Saskatchewan and Manitoba we found the land flat with various livestock and crop production. Along the way we saw buffalo, canola, barley, wheat, hemp, and sunflowers. We watched a plane spraying a potatoe field. The weather has been dry bringing the crops to harvest faster than expected. The custom combines have been moving north into this part of Canada to bring the harvest to the local elevators.
